📏 Size Guide

📏 How to measure your foot?

It's very easy!

  • Place a piece of paper on the floor and stick it to a wall.
  • Stand barefoot and place your foot on the paper, with your heel resting against the wall.
  • Mark with a pencil or marker where your longest finger ends.
  • Measure the distance between the edge of the paper and the mark you made, in a straight line.
  • Repeat the process with the other foot and take the larger measurement.
  • To find your shoe size, compare the measurement obtained with the insole measurement in the table below.

Example: If your foot measures 22.5cm you would have to select size 3 MX since a 22cm insole would be too small for you.

OUR SIZES ARE EXACT!!
This is an example of size 23. If you want your BONNIS to fit a little looser, I suggest selecting a size up from your usual size.

The measurement of Mexican size 3 corresponds exactly to 23cm in length as can be seen in the image below.

🙌 We've thought of everything!

If you're usually a medium size but your foot isn't that wide, I suggest only considering the length measurement corresponding to your foot, since most of our models fit high insteps because they're open, have adjustable buckles, mold over time, and have a small margin for your foot's comfort.

If you are a woman with very wide feet or a bunion, don't worry, we recommend selecting the "men's" option for unisex models (this insole available from the 25th to the 30th) and in this case the only thing that will change is that the template will be a little wider as shown in the image below
