  • 🚚 SHIPPING

    Remember that what makes us special is that everything is personalized, so the manufacturing time is 7 days plus the shipping time (3-7 business days) depending on the area you are in.

    ⏱️ Important notes regarding delivery times:

    • Delivery times are estimated and depend directly on the shipping company.

    • In remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery may take up to 10 business days .

    • Some small or remote locations may receive deliveries only once a week or every 14 days .

    We give an estimated delivery time of 14 business days.

    📦 Once you have the tracking number, it is your responsibility to track the package .

  • ↔️ EXCHANGES AND WARRANTIES

    Shipping error (you received a different model or size than the one you ordered).

    For manufacturing defects as long as it is within the first 20 calendar days.

    🔖 Damaged buckles.

    🔖 Loose rivet.

    🔖 Detached sole.

    🔖 Unstitched fabric.

    ⚠️ Cases such as detached insoles or worn soles are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore not covered by the warranty.

    ⚠️ There are no size changes , so it is important to carefully review the size guide , which was carefully prepared to ensure you have no questions.

    🤳🏼 To request the warranty, you must notify us via WhatsApp at +52 333 1416 7739 by sending:

    • Client name.
    • Order date.
    • Order number and/or ticket.
    • Photograph of the incident.

    Once we receive your request, we'll send you the return guide so you can drop off the package at your nearest Estafeta or FedEx branch.

    ⚠️ The product must be shipped completely in its original packaging, with all accessories and unused.

    ⏳ The exchange will be processed once the product arrives at our warehouse.

    The review process takes 2 to 7 calendar days , and the shipping of your product will depend on the shipping company selected.

    Please note that the process may take some time, as it depends on the delivery times of the shipping companies and the receipt of the product.

  • 📦 RETURNS

    Each pair of shoes is unique and lovingly handmade by Mexican artisans. As this is a 100% personalized product, created upon request, there are no exchanges or returns except for manufacturing defects (see warranty section).

    At BONNI® , we do not offer refunds.

    We strongly believe in the quality of our products and are confident that you will love any pair from our brand.

  • ⚠️ CLAIMS

    Very important:

    • If the package arrives damaged or altered , you must take photos and report it within the first 24 business hours via WhatsApp at +52 333 1416 7739.

    • After 24 hours of receiving your order , we cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues.

    • If the package is returned due to delivery issues, incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be required to cover the shipping cost again, and there will be no refund for the product or shipping, as this is a fully personalized product.
